Fresh Fish (and more)!

Our fresh fish is sold by the weight and due to natural variability in each fresh-cut fillet/steak, actual product weights will vary by 1-2oz. Please type in the desired weight below (or quantity where applicable) for any items you'd like to order.

Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon

Our Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon is troll caught using a hook and line. It has a rich, reddish orange meat and has been called one of the best tasting salmon. It is great for people who don't like a strong, fishy flavor and is high in Omega 3's. It is a milder flavor than King and Sockeye Salmon, 100% natural, wild caught and sustainably sourced. Please note although the salmon is de-boned, it may contain an occasional bone.

King Cuts are between 2.25-3.5 lbs and these cannot be cut to a smaller size. We will get you as close to your requested weight at possible.

Serving Guidance: 1 Pint (16oz) typically serves two people.









SWORDFISH SAUSAGES

These Gluten Free, Preservative Free Sausages have NO added Nitrates or Nitrites and are a great treat for the grill or to spice up your meal! Please note that these do also contain Pork Fat and Dairy.

A friendly reminder: Please keep your seafood cold for pickup/delivery!

Please make sure to properly store the seafood you buy. Even as we head into the Fall season, please bring a cooler or insulated bag to transport your seafood home from the market. If you forget please let us know so we can provide you with some ice.

At home, store seafood in the coldest part of your refrigerator at a temperature as close to 32° F as possible. For frozen items place directly back into the freezer. If you didn't pre-order & want to shop us 1st for best product availability, we are happy to hold your fish for you while you shop the market. Too often we see customers shop the market longer than they may have expected with their fish purchase and we can't be responsible for the handling of our products once you have picked up.

For delivery orders, please ensure you have plenty of ice or ice packs in your cooler if you won't be home during our delivery window. Thank you!
