Home Delivery FAQs
Placing an Order:
Orders may be placed through our order form (for holiday orders click here), by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling or texting us at (978) 267-7329. Please kindly view our current delivery network here before placing your order.
For most locations, unless otherwise noted, we have a $39.99 minimum for our free home delivery service.
Additional Home Delivery Information:
An email is sent out each week with all products, pricing and recipe suggestions for that week’s delivery (Please ensure emails from email@example.com don't go into your spam folder/add us to your address book). Updated pricing may also be found on our online order form.

If placing your order via email, always include your name, home address and phone number.
- We will always respond back to your order form/email within 24 hours confirming your order has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us, kindly resend your order.
- You will receive a delivery confirmation email by 9:00 PM EST on the night before delivery confirming your order total and delivery window.
On Delivery Day
Please place a cooler outside with payment (cash or in-state check payable to Seafood Express Company). If including gratuity for your delivery driver, please place in a separate envelope when possible.
- The delivery window is typically between 11:00 AM-5:00 PM EST and will be specified in your delivery confirmation email.
**If you wish to pay by credit card, please include a note with your order and we will always be happy to accomodate.
